On the Border
City: Elk Grove, 8pm

Summary:
I love this On the Border in Elk Grove. It is a little bit more authentic style that Chevy's but not over the top. On this visit, I enjoyed the Ranchiladas, and they were awesome! The meat was perfect and the rest of the dish was great too. This went perfect with a big fat margarita and chips/salsa. This restaurant is usually not too terribly hard to get into (in terms of wait) and the price is pretty fair. I would definitely recommend On the Border if you're into Mexican food and your looking for that good place to take the family. Plan to spend between $9 - $17 per person.
