Elephant Bar
City: Citrus Heights 8pm

Summary:
On this visit, we had a pretty good experience here. The location is at the Sunrise Mall which can tend to get a little busy at times, but not this time. After a very short wait, we were seated in the middle of the restaurant, which wasn't bad, but definitely doesn't offer any private ambiance. The service was quite fair as we started out with a couple of appetizers (Soy-Ginger Calamari and Salad) to go a long with the Passion Mai Tai's which will make you think of Hawaii. Although the Elephant Bar doesn't have the largest menu selection, the do offer many things with a cultural twist that you might not eat elsewhere. On this night, we enjoyed the pan pacific shrimp and the BBQ pork sandwch. It was pretty good and I think you will find that some of the spices and flavors are quite bold here. Two drinks, two entrees, and 2 appetizers = $54
